Medical Officer
The process was simple. First, documents were checked, then there was an interview. If there are many candidates, you might be there for half a day. The interview questions are about your specialization and shouldn't need extra prep for a working doctor.

Ecg Technician
first you have to clear a written exam with negative marking, and then pass an interview process. The written exam accounts for 80% of the total score, and the interview accounts for 20%. The entire exam process is conducted fairly based on the candidate's merit.
