Very professionally conducted. A case study was provided, which involved role-playing and answering scenario-based questions. This was followed by a Chally and other tests. It was a very insightful interview.

I was contacted by a recruiter after applying for the CSM role. The interview process started with two phone interviews, followed by a take-home assignment. I submitted the assignment and was immediately asked for a face-to-face interview, which made me question if they had even reviewed my work. I spent two days preparing, researching the company, and gathering work samples. The actual interview was a five-hour marathon. They primarily asked me for information about industry trends and company strategies, rather than focusing on my experience and accomplishments. The hiring manager read from a list of common interview questions, which felt very procedural. I received a rejection two days after the interview, which seemed unusually fast. It felt like they might have had a candidate in mind already and were just going through the motions, possibly to gather market intelligence. Overall, it was a waste of time and resources, and I suspect the job was already filled when I applied.

I was contacted the day after submitting my resume and asked to submit writing samples based on a prompt. After submitting these, I was scheduled for an interview. That same day, I had four 1:1 interviews. A few days later, I had another round of interviews with upper management. The day after that, I received an email stating they were hiring someone with a different educational background, which I found surprising given my resume. In total, I spent 9 hours across those two days in the office for interviews.

Behavioral Technical

The HR person was really nice and helpful, answering all my questions. I met with two interviewers who were also nice and patient. Mostly, they asked behavioral questions and went through my resume, asking about my previous accounting work experience. The company seems great. It's a good idea to have some questions ready to ask them.
