Had a phone screening and then one more interview. Some of the questions were really tough and specific, like they wanted a very particular answer. It took a few days to get a response back. It was one of the hardest interviews I've had, and it turns out they ended up hiring someone internally instead of externally for the role.

I had 3 interviews. The first was a virtual interview with organizational development. The second and third were in-person interviews, with organizational development and project execution involved in both. Each interview was about 45-90 minutes long.
