The first round was a video call with the product manager and their manager. It was about 30-40 minutes long. They wanted me to talk through my resume and asked some lighter questions to get a feel for my personality. They didn't ask many technical questions because it was the first step. The people were friendly, and I heard back in a few days that they were moving forward with other candidates.

My interview process kicked off with a phone call from a referral. It went for about an hour. Then I had another phone interview, which was supposed to be with the hiring manager, but they couldn't make it, so someone else stepped in. This one also took an hour. The next step was an in-person interview, but they had to reschedule the first date. I ended up interviewing separately with a VP and a manager from a different team. I thought it went well, even though they didn't specify the exact positions they were hiring for, just that business was booming and there would be lots of opportunities. They have jobs on their website but it's not current. They wouldn't talk about salary, just asked what I was 'looking for'. The company talks a lot about its faith and family culture, and you see it throughout the process. So, it was really surprising how unresponsive they were after such a long interview process. It felt like they made a decision and then didn't bother telling me. I expected to hear back by the end of the week. When I didn't hear anything, I emailed the people I met with in person, but got no reply. It's a shame when you believe in what they say and how they act, and it doesn't seem to match their stated culture.

The interview process was pretty standard. When you got there, they gave you your schedule, and then took you to different places. In the morning, there were 1:1 interviews with different eShipping managers, a group session where they talked about the company's different parts, and it all finished with a catered lunch.

It was pretty straight forward, no degree needed to get in. If you need a place to start, it's a good company, but don't expect much advancement in your role or pay. People leave a lot because the pay is low. The work vibe is good though, just not enough money to live on long-term.
