It started with some basic childcare questions, pretty easy if you've worked with kids before, like babysitting. The hiring manager was chill and it wasn't scary. You gotta be ready to talk about handling a difficult kid and know about ESF's camps and stuff. Also, don't hesitate to say if you're really into a specific camp or program. If they don't have that, they'll offer you something else.

It was a pretty chill interview process. First, I had a phone call where I talked about myself and my resume. Then, they asked for a reference they could check in with. After that, I went in for a one-on-one interview and they offered me the job right there. The questions weren't tough, mostly just asking about my availability for the summer.

The interview was super chill and they asked good questions about my background and why I wanted the job. It was really relaxed and felt like a conversation, like they were actually trying to get to know me. I liked that they knew it's basically an entry-level gig and I might not have tons of experience yet, but that I could still be a good fit.
