It was a chill chat with the manager, mostly about my personality, how I handle change, and my work ethic. Then I met the team I'd be working with every day. They wanted to see if we'd get along and if I'd fit in. If that went well, the next part of the interview involved playing an escape room and then having to reset it, which tested my memory.

I had an on-location interview with the main supervisor and two other employees. The interview felt pretty comfortable, a mix of typical behavioral questions and just chatting about my past experience. It was like a conversation where I got to tell them about what I'd done before.
