PHP Lead
So I had an online test which took about 30 minutes. After that, there was a face-to-face round which consisted of an HR interview followed by a technical interview. The whole process seemed to go okay, but I still haven't gotten any feedback. When I contacted the consultant, they told me I was rejected because they thought I had no knowledge of PHP or hadn't used it in 4 years, which I found really weird. I still haven't received any specific feedback on why I was rejected, even after emailing the HR (Jaspreet Kaur).
- The technical person asked me why I didn't just look for jobs in Gurgaon.
Controller
I had 4 rounds of interviews over 10 days which was a good pace. Everything seemed to be going well and communication was good, but then the company completely ghosted me and didn't respond to any future emails I sent out requesting information on the next steps. I understand that companies sometimes get busy, especially when interviewing multiple candidates for a single position, but it's rude and unprofessional to stop communicating with a candidate when they've gone through multiple rounds of interviews. A simple rejection email would have sufficed. This interview experience made me wonder if communication problems are a larger problem at Escalon Services and didn't give me a favorable opinion of the company.

Software Engineer
So, the interview had four parts. First up was an online aptitude test. Then there was a pen and paper technical test with questions on OOPS, DBMS, SQL, and problem solving. After that, I had a technical interview with the engineering manager, and finally, an HR interview.
- Can you tell me about your understanding of DBMS?
- Describe your approach to problem-solving.
Senior QA Analyst
The interview process has 2 rounds. First is a technical round with questions based on the job description. The second is an HR round for salary discussion. They hire quickly for a low salary.
- Can you explain your previous company experience?
- Could you provide examples of priority defects?
- Could you provide examples of severity defects?
