It was a long time ago, but to keep accessing Glassdoor you are required to do these reviews. I'm not sure how accurate or valid this is since it's outdated information as I'm sure a lot has changed.

It was a pretty standard interview process. Started with a phone interview, then an in-person interview. Things got a bit frustrating during salary negotiation though. It felt like I was talking to someone who didn't have the final say, like I was negotiating with a layer removed from the decision-makers.

It was a really good experience. There were three rounds in total. Two of them were technical interviews, and the other one was an HR interview. The technical questions focused on my past experience and how I could apply it to the job I was interviewing for.

First, I was contacted by someone from the consultancy Michael Page for a brief Teams interview with video. If I met the requirements, I moved to the second stage. The second stage was with the HR person and the person from the commercial sector who was looking for a Commercial Planner. The interview was very pleasant, they asked me about my previous experience and whether I saw myself leading or in an analytical position. The position was 100% in-person, but I would report to someone based in Cordoba who works from home. They didn't make a salary proposal and committed to contacting me to confirm if I was a fit for the search, but they never did.
