I interviewed with Connie, who was very nice and answered all my questions. She was thorough and made me feel comfortable. After our interview, she set me up for a second interview that same day, and I was hired. I just had to wait for my drug screening and background check to come back, which took about a week and a half. I was pleased with the interview process.

So first they call you in for an initial interview with HR. They ask you basic, common sense questions. Then, I was immediately set up for a second interview with the manager for the department. My first interview was Friday and my second was Monday. During the second interview, I got a tour of the work area and shown the basics of the job. Then she asked her own set of questions, and if she liked my answers, she gave me my schedule. I got to ask questions, and then I was sent to sign papers and get a drug test slip.

I interviewed with four executives, including my direct manager, the department director, and two indirect directors. There was a site tour with another job applicant, which was a bit odd, but apparently, they wanted to see if we'd get along in case they hired both of us. The whole thing took about 3 hours and was a pretty in-depth review of the job, the stakeholders for the role, and what they expect for the first 6 months to a year.

She told me something different on the phone than what I expected. She said they didn't have the job I applied for. I didn't like that, so I turned down the job offer.
