Sales Consultant
The interview was straightforward and the interviewer was competent and relatable. I'm eager to start earning money here. It appears the interviewer will also be my trainer, and I'm grateful to have someone with similar values guiding me. What a relief!
- Could you describe your previous sales experience?
In House Counsel
Interviewed by an employee who was probably the creepiest guy I have ever met. Spent 30 minutes talking about himself and then went into a rant about how he hates working with Persian Jews. Awkward, unprofessional, and creepy.

Digital Marketing Specialist
This was a super long and involved interview process. The owner was late for phone interviews. They asked about my salary expectations and seemed okay with my request, which was significantly lower than my current salary in LA. I was asked to create projections, including a basic PPC campaign, marketing budget outlines, and landing page mockups, which I did to the best of my abilities. The owner was slow to respond but kept me interested. When we finally spoke about my work, they offered me a 'draw' salary of $50,000, which is far from the $65,000 DOE listed. I'm currently earning six figures and asked for just under. I know marketers should be able to prove their value, so I offered a 90-day trial, but they weren't interested and ended the call abruptly. It makes me wonder why they initially agreed to my salary expectations. They got free work out of me (I went above and beyond on the deliverables) and then offered an insulting draw that wasn't in the job listing. I'll be reporting this listing.
- Could you create a marketing plan and budget for us? I prepared more than expected.
Management
The interview process felt professional and comfortable. They asked questions to see if I'd be a good skill and cultural fit for Erus Energy. It looks like there's a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement within the company, and I'm hoping to build a long-term career here given their expansion.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
