First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ERT.
Help Desk Specialist
The initial screening interview was successful. However, the subsequent interview with HR and a technical interviewer did not go well. The technical interviewer did not attend the scheduled interview. The HR representative seemed unfamiliar with the specifics of the job description.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Intern
I got a call for a screen, then 3 days later I had an interview. After 2 days, I got an offer, but I declined it because it was too low. They tried to negotiate, but I still rejected it.
- Tell me about yourself and what your typical day involves.
Restoration Biologist
I put in my application a couple days after the job was posted. About two weeks later, I got a call. They mentioned that if I made their short list, I'd get an email within the next week or so to schedule an interview.
- Can you discuss your background and experience?
- What prompted you to apply for this position?
- What is your understanding of the role and its responsibilities?
Program Analyst
The interview process was quite easy, I was asked basic programming questions and about my prior experience. It was a one stage interview and (probably because of the referral I got) I was only interviewed by the program manager.
- Can you explain how to convert a string to an integer?
- Tell me about your previous experience.
