Applied online and heard back from a recruiter within a week to set up a phone interview. Had a quick phone interview with the Regional Manager where they asked about my future goals and aspirations. It was pretty laid-back and not too long. We also talked about my recent work and internship experiences. They then scheduled an in-person interview for the following week with the Regional Manager and the Project Engineer. The whole in-person part at the regional office took a bit over an hour. I got the offer about 3-4 weeks later.

I applied online and about 3 weeks later I had a phone call back which was like the initial phone screening, then I waited a week and after that we set up a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty typical with questions like "Why do you want to work for us", "Why are you wanting to leave your current company", and "What challenges you have overcomed?"

I talked to the HR Director and did a phone interview. Then I was asked to come in for a panel interview with the HR team of 3 people. The interview was really long, over 2 hours. They asked good, detailed questions and we had some great conversations. I got called for a second interview more than 2 months later, but I had already taken another job by then.
