So the first interview went great, and they said they wanted a second interview and would email me instructions for an assessment to do before the next meeting. I didn't get the email the next day, so I emailed to check in. No response, and then days later I got an email, weirdly with a different name, inviting me to an interview two days later. I responded to confirm and asked about the assessment and if a new link would be sent. A day later, the day before the interview, still no other response and no Zoom link, I emailed again to ask about both. Still no response on the day of the interview, so I messaged them saying I'd use the same meeting link from the first interview if they didn't send anything. No response, and I was in the waiting room when I was suddenly removed. I messaged them again to ask what to do, and got no response. I sent one last email to follow up and never heard back. It was really unprofessional and I'd never apply there again.

The process started with a recruiter interview, followed by a technical interview. After receiving and accepting a job offer, I was asked to complete a take-home assignment. Then they sent a final offer letter. After I sent my personal details for the offer letter, they disappeared. I tried emailing the recruiter, tech lead, and CEO who was in the last meeting, but no one replied. I later saw they re-posted the ad with a lower salary. I received an offer but no offer letter for 2 months.

The interview was pretty laid back and fun. It was conducted over Zoom with a few people on the call who asked me a bunch of questions. We talked about the test project I did. They liked that I used their in-house API, but they really wanted to know more about how I used test cases.

Had a formal online interview that lasted about an hour with 3 people from Erply. They gave a quick company intro. After the interview, I was given a take-home assignment that usually takes 2-3 hours.
