PeopleSoft Developer
i was rejected in the second round of interview of group discussion. but it does teach me how to prepare for interview and i had a good experience develop communications.
- Were topics given for the group discussion?
Systems Analyst
We had a technical round first and then an HR interview. They asked mostly behavioral questions along with case studies and specific customer-centric use cases. Basically, they are looking for technofunctional consultants who can be customer friendly and deal with demanding clients.
- What is your current career roadmap?

It started with a small telephonic round, then I had a 1-1 meeting with the Manager and then with the Partner at E&Y.

Programme Analyst
A friend who works at the company referred me and I sent over my resume. After a couple weeks, the company contacted me and we set up a phone interview. It was a professional 30-minute call where they asked about my past experience and projects. Then they asked if I had any questions and told me about the company culture.
