The interview process was very easy and comfortable. It started with a phone screening and then moved to a face-to-face interview. This was a group interview with several staff members/teammates. It was friendly and casual, and I didn't feel pressured or nervous at all.

Got a call from HR to confirm I was still interested. Then the hiring manager emailed to set up an interview. We had a call to schedule a time to meet. The interview went well, and I got an offer within a week. I started work three weeks after that.

It was a really bad experience, not a real interview. I was professional and positive, but the manager acted like they didn't want to be there and twisted everything I said into something negative. I couldn't even introduce myself properly because they cut me off and didn't let me speak. The manager did all the talking and didn't care what I had to say. They wouldn't shake my hand or even look at my portfolio. I felt discriminated against and didn't get a fair shot, especially since it's a teaching hospital. It was super unprofessional; it felt like I was called in just to be treated badly. The person was incredibly rude and unprofessional, it was improper. They even made comments about my age and marital status. I can't believe this person represents Erlanger. WORST INTERVIEW EVER!
