The interview process was pretty standard. I had an initial chat with HR, then met with some colleagues, and finally spoke with the CEO. The whole thing wrapped up in about two weeks, and I ended up getting an offer.

The interview was great. I met with Vigdis first and then interviewed with 3 other team members. They made me feel very comfortable and I left the interviews very happy. If you are the right fit, you will know right away!

Submitted an application online. Received a reply about one week later asking for an interview. Confirmed a date for the on-site interview and met with only one person: the president. The interview went extremely well if you were to ask me. The president was incredibly engaged and seemed to take a lot of interest in my current work in the language industry, which involves wearing several hats over many years. We had several language industry players in common, which made for an interesting dynamic to the discussion. I would give her interviewing style an ‘A’. And that was it. No reply, no feedback. Nothing. Complete silence.

My interviews went well, and I was verbally promised a position soon after. But the boss started to have cold feet, asking me to come in several more times over several weeks as she waited for my references. Finally, she called me asking for me to start work, only to rescind the offer mere hours later on the pretense of a non-stellar recommendation letter. My interviewing experience was unfortunate and wasted my time.
