The interview process was straightforward. It started with a recruiter call, followed by a non-technical and technical interview with the head of the team. Finally, there was a technical interview with teammates. No tests were involved, making it a smooth experience overall.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite fast because they seemed to need someone to fill a position left vacant by a former colleague about 4 months prior. I had two in-person interviews. They didn't ask super technical questions, focusing more on my character and my drive to implement changes.

Behavioral Technical

I had a Teams call which led to a conversation. They asked about concrete experience, examples, etc. Also about an understanding of technical knowledge. This was limited to only a couple of small questions that weren't explored further, despite my attempts and the emphasis on this in the job description. After that, some other questions were asked about previous work experience and skills. The recruiter certainly didn't give the impression that she knew what the company works with technically, nor about this job. Ultimately, my 'technical knowledge was insufficient' despite almost a full career related to this. It surprised me that no one was present who truly knew how the technical side functions.

  • Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
  • Do you have administrative know-how?
  • What is your technical knowledge?
