Overall it was an okay experience. They started with a phone screening asking about my experience and why I wanted to work for them. Then, there was a virtual interview with the two hiring managers. I was told I would hear back within a few days, but I had to reach out to get an update. Other than that, it was a smooth experience.

Got a quick reply to my application in just one day, which was super encouraging. Had a phone screen with the recruiter the same day. The only issue was that there wasn't a set salary range for the job yet. The recruiter was really nice about it and apologized, promising to get me the info ASAP. She said she was moving me forward. The screen itself was fun. About a week later, I got an email with benefits info, the full job description, and a salary range. I replied the same day, said I was still interested, and that I was looking forward to the next steps. It's been almost two months now and I haven't heard anything else, even after I followed up one more time. Really bummed out, as this company seemed great and the role would've been a perfect fit. It would have been decent of them to at least let me know they weren't moving forward with me (for any reason) instead of just ghosting me.

I went through two interviews over a 6 month period for the same position. The first interview had a panel of 2 people, and the second interview had a panel of 3 people. Both times, I asked if I would get an email or phone call to let me know if I got the job. Neither time did I get a response. I get that no news is news, but if I took an hour out of my day for two interviews (each about an hour long), it would be nice to get an email saying 'hey, we went with someone else.'

I applied online, and then got a phone call for a screening. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and some other folks from the department. The day after my in-person interview, they emailed me to do a background check and a drug test.
