The interview process involved core CS concepts like OOPS with examples, and distinctions between stack vs heap. We covered DBMS normalization, SQL joins, REST API basics, and indexing. There was a programming section where I had to explain a project from my resume and write logic for reversing a string, removing duplicates from an array, and solving other array problems, along with discussing time complexity. Since my background is in web development, that was important too, covering the difference between let/var/const, how browser rendering works, and concepts like Promises / async await.

The interview process moved really fast. I had a round in the afternoon and got results by that evening, with the next round set up right away. It was efficient, but having rounds back-to-back was a bit much. They were clear and made quick decisions, which was good, but be ready for quick evaluations.

The interview process had 3 rounds in total. Two were technical interviews, and one was a managerial interview. Everything went well during the interviews. The HR person informed me that I was selected. However, they later put my profile on hold because they didn't have the budget at the time. After I followed up multiple times, they finally told me about the budget issue.
