It was a panel interview with the Director of Rehabilitation and other clinicians. Each clinician on the team asked me a question. HR made the formal offer and told me about the onboarding process.

The recruiter contacted me in early February, but then went silent. I sent a few follow-up emails and managed to schedule a phone interview, which was pretty standard. However, the recruiter became unresponsive again. After more follow-ups expressing my continued interest, I received an automated rejection email stating they had moved forward with another candidate for a position in MD. They thanked me for my interest and suggested checking the career site. The lack of communication felt disrespectful, and I feel like I avoided a bad situation.

I had three rounds of interviews and then never heard back, even after following up. It felt super disrespectful of my time. It’s very frustrating when companies do this. Just let me know if you aren’t moving forward with me, especially after that much time invested.

So I had 3 interviews in about two weeks and they all went pretty well. The interviewers were really nice and easy to talk to. After the last one, they said I'd know by the end of the week, but then... crickets. Total silence. Super unprofessional when you think you're about to get the job. Honestly, even an automated email saying someone else got it would've been better than nothing. Just giving you a heads up in case you're thinking of interviewing with them.

  • Is working with older adults something you're comfortable with?
  • Can you tell me about your experience relevant to this position?
