The interview was easy, but they seemed confused about their requirements. There were 3 rounds and it took over 15 days to finish. Funny thing is, when I asked about the application status, they told me I was too young for the position, even though I have over 8 years of experience.

The hiring process was split into three parts - GD, Evaluation test and PI. On the first day the company gave the company presentation and then proceeded with the GD round. Out of almost 100 students 44 were selected from the GD round. These students sat for the evaluation test (a short aptitute test) and out of 44 students, 27 students were shortlisted for the interview. The next day these 27 students were interviewed and finally 11 students were offered the job. These students are offered the position of management trainee for 6 months and after successful completion of the training they will be alloted to one of the following designations :- Finance Executive Operations Executive Business Analyst Vendor Relationship Executive Marketing Executive
