The interview started with a friendly and easy recruiter call, then moved to a phone screen. During the phone screen, the interviewers, who were also project managers on different projects, asked questions about the project life cycle and whether waterfall or agile methodologies were used. They asked follow-up questions and answered all of our questions. Overall, it was a great experience.

I went through 2 interviews, one with the IT Team Lead and another with HR. They both made me feel welcome and comfortable enough to be myself. I talked about how my skills would be a good fit for their setup and how I would bring value, while also being open about my own development goals within the company.

The hiring process was pretty quick and smooth. I went through two official interviews. The first was with the HOD and CUO, and the second was with HR. The first interview had very objective questions and was short. The second interview was longer, about an hour, and focused on my background.

The process started with general information and an introduction to ERGO as a group and its various companies and departments. The interviewers didn't introduce themselves or their roles. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable from the start, like a chore rather than a genuine effort to attract new employees. It's not recommended. Hiring new employees isn't a priority. The interview was unprepared, lacking open and transparent communication. You can tell during the interview that you wouldn't want to work here. This just confirms ERGO's bad reputation. You can save yourself the application; you'll be better off anywhere else.
