It was easy, I had to interview with the project director. They asked me several questions, I tried to be as direct as possible. I applied to be a supervisor with no prior experience, so you can apply too even if you don't have any, go for it! Don't be nervous, be yourself and practice the possible questions they will ask you.

I applied on a Friday and went to ERC the same day. I asked to speak to the hiring manager, Oscar, and gave him my resume. I had applied for a Collections position, and Oscar told me to apply for the Mortgage Customer Service & Sale's Associate instead and email him. He said it would be better and involve taking inbound calls from Wells Fargo mortgage customers. I applied at home but got denied, so I emailed Oscar. He fixed something, and I got another email saying I got the job and had my first official interview scheduled for that Monday. The interview was scheduled via a phone call from a 1800 number. The first thing I had to do was a timed computer skills test in a private room with job assessment questions and a typing test. After the skills test, I got a grade, and then I interviewed with Kenneth, the Operations Manager. After that interview, I was told I got the job. Then I met with Oscar to discuss pay, which was $11/hr, and he told me he'd email my shift. I got the M-F, 8am-5pm shift.

The initial interview for the Call Center Director position in Jacksonville was with someone in South Dakota. It felt like a scripted Q&A session rather than a genuine conversation, and lasted about 15 minutes. The interviewer seemed to focus on a specific task-based process and implied I might not have the exact industry experience they were looking for, despite my extensive call center leadership background. They indicated the next step was to pass along my information. I didn't hear back from ERC, and my follow-up email and call went unanswered.

Found out about the job opening on the official website and looked into the role and responsibilities. Submitted my resume, and then the recruitment team reached out. The HR Director called me for an initial chat. Next, the Operations Manager did a pre-screening interview. The main interview was with the Director. After that, I went back to HR to sort out the schedule, benefits, and other company details. A few days later, I had an appointment to sign the contract, and then I started working.
