First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Erbert & Gerbert's.
Food Service Worker
It was a pretty standard interview process. They just asked some basic questions that you could probably find with a quick search online if you wanted some practice. We sat down and had a brief chat, and the questions were woven into the conversation. Overall, it was a good experience.
- What makes you want to work at this establishment?
Delivery Driver
The interview process was quick and easy. It was a one-on-one with the owner and operator of the Eagan franchise. The interview was only 10 minutes long, and the owner was very personable and outgoing.
- Why are you a good fit for our franchise?
Marketing Intern
It was a conversational interview where I got to know the interviewer and felt comfortable answering her questions. The questions were relevant to the job I would be doing and enjoyable. The interview was very informative and gave me a good sense of what the semester would entail.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Franchise Consultant
After a phone screen, there are two in-person interviews. They seem to go well, but then you get ghosted. Not recommended due to inconsistent leadership and communication in the small corporate office.
- Is travel something you are open to?
