So, first, there was this virtual interview, then I had to go to the head office in Orlando for an in-person interview, and the last step was a final interview at the regional office where I'd be working. Oh, and they also sent some questionnaires to fill out.

I went through 3 interviews for this role. They were all very personable and straightforward, and I didn't feel stressed at all. The interviewers were kind, and it didn't feel like a resume quiz since we barely discussed my resume.

There were three interviews in total. The first was a video call with the COO. After 30 minutes, I moved on to a second in-person interview with the branch partner. Then, I had a third in-person interview with two managing partners. The interviews spanned almost a month, from the initial contact to meeting the senior leaders. They said I'd definitely hear back, but I never did, which I found unprofessional.
