Property Manager
The interview process was online and in person, with two steps. I was emailed beforehand and completed the entire process within 3 days, which was fast and not much trouble. They respond very quickly, which is a plus for a company.
- Can you tell me about yourself and explain why you believe you're the best candidate for this role at our company?
Office Manager
The interview process was straightforward, consisting of just two rounds. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and professional. I noticed that the company's statistics might be skewed by individuals who don't speak English. Since I am multilingual, I'm not trying to be rude, but it does make it challenging to support agents who primarily communicate in English.
- Tell me about the last book you read.
Sales
This was a really easy interview process! It started with an in-person meeting, then a competency interview, followed by a second and third interview. After that, there was an invitation to a social gathering, and then the final interview. Finally, a background check was conducted, and then I got the job offer.
- Tell me about how often and in what ways you connect with your real estate clients.
Marketing
Be aware that you can be used as FREE LABOR before getting a disrespectful decline. Sorry, it’s going to be a long but alerting one. The first round was a phone interview at night, lasting about 1 hour. It was a chill one. The interviewer went through my CV in detail and I felt heard and respected, which ended with an opposite story. Then, I was asked to submit translations of 2 articles as PORTFOLIOS (which took me 3 days) and bring them on the second round of interview in office. The second round was conducted in a pleasant ambience. I showcased strategies and tools to answer questions. They were not hard. The interviewer pictured me with a scenario when I get hired and work with them. Finally, I was asked to submit ANOTHER round of PORTFOLIOS, a translation of slides they’re going to use (I spent another 2 days on it). At the end of the second interview, the interviewer discussed salary, annual leave, insurance, CPF, and onboarding date with me. A verbal offer, isn’t it? However, after submitting the portfolios and waiting, I only got “no headcount” from an HR, while the interviewer’s attitude totally changed to standoffish and rejected to talk about the portfolios.
- Can you tell me more about yourself?
- How would you go about acquiring new clients?
- Do you always love challenges?
