- What makes me a good candidate for this role?
Data Scientist
First, there's a screening call with HR. If that goes well, you'll move on to a panel interview. This panel interview is very technical and you can expect data engineers and BI experts to be there. If you pass the panel interview, you'll then negotiate an offer with the HR business partner.
- Can you describe past projects you've completed that involved data science use cases?
Analyst
The interview process included a phone interview, an interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with management and a lead employee. This was the most unprofessional interview I've ever experienced. The final interview felt disorganized, as if they were unsure of the topics or were asking random questions. They took two weeks to respond, which made me lose interest, especially considering their recent poor company reviews.
- Can you walk me through your resume and qualifications?
Credit Analyst
I had a phone screening and was told I would have a second interview. Then I was ghosted. I reached out but never heard back. I don't get why they would say I'm getting a second interview and then just not respond. It would be easier to just not say anything instead of having people keep reaching out.
