First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Equitas.
Business Analyst
The interview went well, and I was happy with it. First, they asked about Nordic topics like culture, history, and current events. Then, we moved on to questions that needed critical thinking and analysis. The interviewers were engaged and asked good follow-up questions. It lasted about 45 minutes.
- Can you explain the data from your final year project?
Training Manager
The initial screening was straightforward. I had a face-to-face interview scheduled, which was easy. There was a panel of 4 people from management and the training division. The questions were mainly about the industry and Learning & Development (L&D). I kept my answers concise.

The hiring process started with an HR call. Then, I had a full day of technical interviews on the first weekday. On the second day, a manager spoke with me, followed by a 40-minute HR interview. An offer letter was extended seven days later.
