First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Equitas Health.
Case Manager
They ghosted me for a month then expect me to drop everything to do a urine test and tb test within one business day. Very disrespectful of applicants time and schedules. Seems liked they are testing for loyalty.
- What is equity?
- What is equality?
Program Director
There were two group interviews, and the questions were about the job and focused on Diversity Equitability and Inclusivity. It usually takes 2 interviews for most positions, and it does take a while to hear back. The talent manager doesn't seem very knowledgeable.
- What is your definition of DEI?
Program Manager
The interview process was fast but took a lot of effort. Before even getting an initial interview, I had to answer 4 questions. Then for the final interview, I had to make a 30-minute presentation based on what they gave me. I can't believe I took a day off work to do this presentation because it was just too much. Why do companies ask for projects during interviews? I'm just going to withdraw my application next time I'm asked to do a project.
- Can you tell me about a program you managed that didn't go as planned and how you dealt with it?
- How would you describe your leadership style?
- What areas of professional development do you think you need to work on?
Clinical Manager
I applied and two days later, I had a phone interview with the recruiter. She was nice and personable, and told me about the company. Then she asked me about my previous work experience and what I was looking for in a job.
- Could you share your views on working with the LGBTQ community?
