The interview process was good and solid, with a good interviewer. It's important to read the job description carefully and be prepared to address everything mentioned. My main takeaway is to conduct deep analysis and think thoroughly.

The interview process was great. First, there was a phone interview which was pleasant and professional. I felt comfortable, and it was the best experience I've ever had. Then, there was an in-person interview. I felt welcomed and at ease. The interviewers were personable and professional. I enjoyed it so much that even if I didn't get the job, I would still value the experience.

Applied through LinkedIn and got a 30-min screening call with the recruiter. Call was fine, and they said I'd get feedback in 3-5 days, but never heard back. Followed up for weeks, even after a while, but no response. It was disappointing and unprofessional to be ghosted. Clear communication, even a rejection email, would improve the candidate experience. Management advice: Ensure recruiters close the loop with candidates; a respectful rejection is better than silence and good for the company brand.
