The interview had 3 rounds, starting with the hiring manager and then meetings with managers from other teams. The first two rounds focused on why I wanted the job and if my skills could be used in this role. The final round involved presenting a case study analysis to the team, which also helped me understand the job better and allowed the team to see if I fit in. Everything went smoothly, with one interview each week.

The interview process was super long, taking 2-3 weeks between each step. I applied on LinkedIn and went through an HR Screening Interview, then talked to the Hiring Manager, Department Head, a Senior Project PM, and finally the Director of IT, which was 5 interviews in total. Scheduling each round was a hassle, needing to coordinate with different HR reps beyond my main contact. In total, it took almost 9 weeks from my first interview to finding out I didn't get the job. To make it worse, the main HR guy went on vacation right when I was supposed to hear back, and his backup didn't reach out, leaving me hanging for about a week and a half even after I sent a reminder. The HR person was nice but didn't give any real feedback on why I wasn't chosen. Definitely not applying here again!

It was pretty standard, recruiter chat first, then the hiring manager interview. After that, it was a bunch of back-to-back 1:1s with different people. Oh, and I had to share some work samples from stuff I did before.
