We had a phone call interview, then two zoom interviews, three rounds total with the recruiter, hiring manager, and team. The recruiter was external and did a thirty minute phone call to see why I wanted the job. The next two interviews were more about my work history and technical skills.

First, you'll do 5-7 video recorded interview questions on the HireVue app. These are usually quick and kinda awkward for the person interviewing, but I get why the employer uses them for screening. Pro tip: you get 3 tries per question, but they can see all of them. If you pass that, then it's usually 1-2 interviews with a manager or department head, about 30 minutes each. After that, you might not hear back for 1-3 months, and when you follow up, they've probably already picked someone internal.

Applied on LinkedIn and got a video interview a few days later through HireVue. It had about 6 questions like 'what do you know about the company'. After that went well, I had a phone interview the next day with the hiring manager who talked more about the job/team. Then I was invited for an in-person interview later that week because they needed to fill the position fast. The in-person part had interviews with 4 people (3 in-person, 1 on Skype), each about 30 min, making the whole thing about 2 hours. The questions were pretty basic, mostly behavioral and situational. It seemed like things went really well and we even discussed start dates and salary, making me think I'd get an offer. But then I followed up two weeks later and didn't hear back.
