The interview process included a 30-minute chat with the manager and another 30-minute session with the hiring manager. Overall, it was a really nice experience with generally pleasant people. They mentioned that you should research CSM jargon beforehand. The questions were pretty tough.

The process took a while and had many steps, making me feel like they were disorganized. The first interview with HR was two weeks after applying, and they wouldn't share the salary. Then, I had an interview with the CSM manager, who seemed distracted and yawned. I was told I'd hear back soon. Another two weeks passed for the third interview with two interviewers, one a manager and the other higher-level. It was informal, but surprisingly included a language test I wasn't ready for. Again, I got good feedback and was promised a quick response. Two more weeks went by before they replied for the fourth interview, a panel of three. They asked me to do a complex business case presentation, which felt like a lot for an Associate/Junior role. I had already accepted another job by then and let them know, but never heard back from them, not even a simple 'good luck'.

The interview process started with a phone screen that was pretty straightforward and didn't involve any challenging questions. After that, I had to submit answers via a video interview service to five questions that were provided beforehand. I found the video submission part to be really awkward. If any company in the future requires this, I'll politely decline and seek opportunities elsewhere. It feels like if they don't have the time for a 15-30 minute phone call to interact with candidates, then I don't have time for them. It was a very negative experience, and to top it off, I never heard back after submitting the video. This whole experience significantly lowered my opinion of Equinix.
