I applied via Linkedin. An interview with HR was scheduled, which was very informal and friendly. The process was very objective, direct, and very clarifying for both parties. Very detailed technical interview with case simulations with 2 specialists and a manager.

When I interviewed at Equinix, the process was structured but pretty straightforward. It started with me submitting my application online, and not long after, a recruiter reached out for an initial phone screen. That first conversation focused on my background, why I was interested in the role, and some basics like salary expectations and availability. After that, I moved on to a more technical interview with the hiring manager, where we dove deeper into my skills and how they aligned with the job. Depending on the role, they sometimes give you real-world scenarios or problem-solving tasks to walk through. Then came a panel interview with a few team members.

So I applied online first, then had a chat with the hiring manager for the real estate team. We talked about my experience with lease management, dealing with tenants, and general property management stuff, since that's what the job is all about.
