The interview process was pretty smooth overall. A director talked to me about background details and explained the creative and design account processes. I liked the office space. Even though I thought it went well, I didn't hear back.

It was very relaxed and nice, mostly about my past experiences and future ambitions with the company, and what we both expect to get out of my role there.

I went through an interview at their Chicago office, starting with a recruiter. The office itself was pretty modern and clean, and everyone I met seemed nice. But here's the thing, the recruiter set me up to interview for an Account Manager role, which wasn't what I applied for. So, it wasn't their fault when things got a bit weird because I told them I was actually there for a graphic design job, and they were expecting to talk about client accounts.
