I applied through college and it took 1 day. There were 3 rounds in total. The first round had basic questions about SQL, Java, and networking. The second round was a technical interview where I had to write a Java program. The final round was a personal HR round.

I was found by an internal recruiter on LinkedIn, and then had a screening phone call with them. They were a really great person. They provided follow-ups and really seemed to take an interest in candidates. Then I had a nice, long 1+ hour chat with the UX Director for the phone interview. It was pretty informal and focused on 'fit' and expectations. The way it should be. Unfortunately, they ended up selecting a candidate that had previously worked with the team. I'm not sure how one can compete with that, in my opinion.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with an introduction round, followed by a written test. Just a heads up, they charge 310 to take the test, and it felt like a scam. I wouldn't recommend this consultancy, equator business solution, to anyone.

Technical Behavioral

It was pretty straightforward. The interview process spanned about a week. I got an initial call from a consulting firm about the role. They screened me first, and then I had an in-person interview with Equator. The interview itself was quite direct, and the panel was friendly, making it a very comfortable experience.
