NDM
The interview process was pretty straightforward and had multiple stages, taking about 4 weeks in total. I got to chat with some of the team members who gave me a good idea of what the day-to-day job actually looks like.
- Tell me about your experience in provider relations.
Director
It was pretty straightforward. I had a one-on-one and a group interview with some of the higher-ups. They're really trying to find someone who fits their culture of caring. Having past experience in healthcare and knowing how you've made a difference in the community is a plus.
- In your position, how do you contribute value to the organization?
Performance Manager
The interview process at Equality Health was straightforward and well-organized. There were three interviews: first with the recruiter, then with the director, and finally with the team. This gave me a good understanding of the company and the role. Each step was clear and made me feel more confident about the opportunity.
- Have you ever assisted a practice in enhancing its workflow processes?
Product Manager
It was a 4-round process: 1 phone interview, 1 in-person interview, a tech roadmap take-home challenge, and then 1 more phone interview. I got the offer and turned down another company's offer. But then EH rescinded their offer without a good reason, so I'm back to square one.
- Can you outline a technical product roadmap?
