First, a quick questionnaire to fill out when you get to the first interview (no phone screening beforehand). Then, a short interview with an employee. If they like you, they'll offer a second interview, possibly the very next day. This second interview is a full day commitment (could go past 6 PM). Bring an extra copy of your resume, a notepad, and a pen. You'll get another form to sign saying you'll be there all day and aren't expecting pay, etc. Then, you'll meet with your interviewer and a brand-new hire (less than a week of training) from their team. You'll go offsite by subway to meet current and potential clients. You need to pay close attention to the interviewer and the trainee giving their pitch, as this sales experience is required before moving up to roles like management. Back at the office, you'll get another, longer questionnaire. You'll meet with more employees, and then they'll review your answers with you. They want you to be available immediately (like, the next day), and they'll notice if you hesitate. Any final questions you have will be answered here.

I got an email out of the blue from this company, not sure if I even applied. They said they liked my resume and wanted to interview me. Went in and it was kinda strange, didn't even know what job title to put on the forms they gave me. The interview itself went well, they asked about my past experiences and what my goals are. Got a call the same day asking me to come back for a second 'interview' the next day. They told me to wear flat shoes for it, which was odd. The second 'interview' was actually a full day thing where a manager walked me around the city. They really should have told me what the role was or what the second interview would entail. They also had me fill out marketing-related forms, and I have zero experience or knowledge in marketing, which was super weird.

I applied online and the whole thing took about 4 days. They got back to me within 48 hours and asked me to come in for an interview. It was a pretty standard interview, you know, make sure you can explain why you're interested in the company and what skills you'd bring. You talk to the team leader first, then meet with the main boss and other managers.

I got to the office and there were like 15 other people waiting. The receptionist gave me two forms to complete, one for personal details and another for a personality test, which I found a little strange. I'd checked out their website the night before and read their mission statement, and it seemed odd that the 'office' looked like an old apartment. After waiting 40 minutes, the interviewer called my name. The interview was brief, about 15 minutes, and he mostly talked about the company and its work with Verizon for Fios. I realized he wasn't sharing anything I hadn't already seen online. I was told someone would call between 4 and 5 pm, and they did. After leaving, I looked up reviews and saw others had the same experience, confirming it's a sales company. When I got the call, I was concerned about the training the next day, which was 8 hours. The person on the phone started friendly but got defensive when I asked questions. I asked if I'd be traveling all day with a sales associate, and she reluctantly confirmed. Because of this, I decided to decline their offer. Don't be fooled by their scripted pitches; it's a SCAM!
