First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Eptura.
Revenue Enablement Manager
The interview process was really fast and good. It began with a recruiter call, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally meetings with a few leaders. All interviews felt very relaxed, and everyone was very upfront about what they were looking for in the role, the company, and their needs. I really enjoyed all the meetings.
- Can you share your experience in supporting revenue teams?
Software Engineering Manager
I went through a coding assessment, then a technical interview, and finally an HR interview. The coding part was great, the interviewer was sharp and skilled. I could use any language I wanted for the coding assessment.
- Tell me about data structures.
- Can you explain systems design?
- What other technical topics can you discuss?
Sales Development Representative
HR was super convenient and really clear about how things would go. The manager round was also very transparent and they were clear about what they were looking for. They really showed off a good culture. There was an assignment involved, like a case study, and they asked about why sales and what my motivation is.
- Can you describe your past performance as an SDR, detailing your typical daily tasks and the sales technology stack you've utilized?
- Could you elaborate on your day-to-day responsibilities as an SDR and the sales technology you are familiar with?
- What is your motivation for entering the sales field and what drives you in this profession?
Technical Account Manager
It started with a recruitment call, then a short success story, followed by several management discussions. Although I didn't receive an offer, which is a bummer... I respect that they promoted from within. Also, I appreciated the personal replies and feedback, and their openness to questions, even though it took a bit longer than expected. The process is fair and gives you a chance to prove yourself. This seems like a good company, and I hope for that chance.
- Can you describe how you manage in a fast-paced environment, particularly in the context of integrating disparate applications into a unified platform?
