First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Epsilon.
IT Intern
Applied online and had a screening with a recruiter. After that, I interviewed with three different managers simultaneously. They each asked me questions related to the projects I worked on and my previous experience.
- Can you tell me about your programming projects?
- Tell me about your past experience.
- Let's discuss the projects you've worked on.
Intern
So the interview process kicked off with an on-campus interview, and then I was invited to their headquarters in Irving, TX for more interviews with various employees. Interestingly, the people you interview with are the ones you'll actually be interning for. The whole experience was pretty chill and nice, they're really genuine and make you feel comfortable. Just be yourself and be ready to chat. Make sure you show initiative by learning about the company and the role.
- Can you share an experience where you used a technical skill?
- What's your approach when things don't go as planned?
- Describe a situation where you failed at an individual task.
Intern
I applied online and then got an interview about a week later. It was a panel interview with 5 people, which felt a bit intimidating at first, but they were actually nice and welcoming. I had to wait another week for feedback and ended up following up with an email.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- What made you apply for this position and company?
- What do you consider your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
