Technical Technical

Worst interview experience. There were 2 initial rounds that went well. Then HR and the talent team went silent for a month. They eventually asked for documents. Two weeks later, another round was scheduled and it also went well. In the end, they offered the same salary as my current job, which was really frustrating.

The whole thing took about 5 days. First, I had a telephone interview with a manager. Then, I had another interview with a second manager. After that, there was an online test, followed by a final 1-to-1 interview. I'm a bit confused about how they really assessed my skills since there wasn't a super thorough test.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • General questions about my experience and motivations.
  • An online test was given, followed by an interview with the first manager.
  • Then another interview with the second manager.
