I went through an interview process where I first had to introduce myself, starting from my 10th grade up to my current studies. Then, they really dug into my projects, especially the machine learning ones, asking about the algorithms and how they're used. They also asked about how data analysis applies to retail media.

It started with the initial Screening call. Next, a call with two Sr. Analysts. If you clear that, the next call was with the team members. There was an hour-long call with the hiring manager followed by the VP (2 separate 30-minute calls).

It was a long interview process with lots of rescheduling. I had 3 rounds of interviews that took about a month to complete, and none of the times they originally gave worked out. All the rounds felt like average difficulty. I didn't get the offer, and they didn't even bother to respond after I spent so much time and effort. Not sure if they were actually looking to hire someone. I wouldn't recommend this company.
