I was referred by a current employee for the New Grad program. The first interview was with the university recruiter, about 30 minutes long, covering general questions like my strengths/weaknesses, job history, and a couple of situational questions. I heard back within a week for a second round. Then, I had 3 interviews, each 30 minutes long, with 2 interviewers each, so I spoke with 6 people in total. They did a good job preparing us by letting us talk to another New Grad right before. These interviews focused on specific scenarios to see how my past experience would fit this role. They mentioned it would take about 2 weeks for feedback, but I heard back in a few days. The university recruiter emailed me, and we had a call to discuss the details before they sent the offer letter the next day.

I applied for this job on LinkedIn on November 2, after seeing it posted on October 20. On November 11, an Epsilon HR recruiter reached out via email with some follow-up questions. I sent brief answers and set up a call for a more in-depth discussion. The next day, I had my initial phone screen with the recruiter. On November 13, a second recruiter contacted me to set up an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I sent a thank you note to the first recruiter that day. I interviewed with the hiring manager for about an hour on November 17 and sent her a thank you note that afternoon. On November 18, the second recruiter emailed to schedule a second in-person interview with the first recruiter and the Senior VP of client services. I met with the SVP on November 24 for an hour. That same day, the first recruiter asked for three business references, who were all contacted that day. I got an email late that night following up on my meeting with the SVP. On November 25, the first recruiter called with a job offer. The HR team was really friendly and helpful throughout, always answering my questions clearly and being open to discussion. They seemed to be in good spirits. The hiring manager was direct and clear with her questions, clearly knowing what she was looking for. The SVP was also knowledgeable and open about the department's needs.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a few phone calls and a virtual interview. Then I had to do a project that I then presented to the team. It was a pretty long process, but pretty simple. Some stages involved meeting with a few people at the same time. It wasn't that hard. After all that, I got a conditional offer. Then they told me I had to wait for approval. A month later, they said they couldn't give me a formal offer. It was a really demoralizing experience and the waiting really messed with my head.
