First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Epsilon Inc.
Project Manager
The interview process was quite brief, starting with a 30-45 minute recruiter phone screen, followed by a 30-45 minute combined interview with both the hiring manager and program manager. Because the interviews were so short, it felt like there wasn't much opportunity to truly showcase my skills. Only one semi-technical question came up, and it had actually been asked by the recruiter earlier. I think it would be better if they split the second interview to allow for more in-depth questions, rather than cramming everything into a short time. This way, each interviewer could use their allotted time for questions, and I'd have more chances to share my experiences beyond just what's on my resume.
- Can you tell me about your past experience creating training programs?
Tech Support Representative
The interview process was super clear and I never felt unsure about what was next. Everyone I interviewed with was really professional and easy to chat with. First, there was a quick phone call to see if my personality would be a good match for the company. Then, a second interview focused more on my work ethic and how well I could work as part of a team.
- What are the top three qualities you believe are most crucial for a candidate?
Technical Recruiter
I had a face-to-face interview. The director of recruiting and the company owner were there and greeted me warmly. They knew me from a previous contract role. It was a great experience; they asked relevant questions, were thorough, and we had a good conversation.
- Can you tell me about your resume and your reasons for seeking new employment? Also, what past experience makes you a good fit for this position?
- Please walk me through your resume and explain why you are seeking new employment. Additionally, what experience do you have that would be beneficial for this role?
IT Tech Lead
I applied online. The recruiter called me first, then the client interviewed me. I found out later they really wanted me. I had already accepted another job offer with better pay, but the client seemed very keen.
- Regarding the high ticket nature of the site, are you able to handle that?
