The interview process was quite thorough. I had the chance to meet with many individuals from various levels within the company, all of whom played a role in assessing my suitability for the position. Overall, it was a rather enjoyable interview experience.

I sent my resume in through an acquaintance and had a phone interview the same day. Then I got an email for an in-person interview within the next couple days. Went in and saw the offices, sat down with two different people on the team. The office was bigger than I expected and the people seemed really great.

Started with a recruiter call asking to fill out a detailed application which I wasn't totally comfortable with so I held back some info like my SSN and current boss's phone number. The office was a bit of a letdown, like an old warehouse with bright colors and no cubicles for most people, just PCs on tables, and the workers seemed young, maybe good for new grads. The interview had two sets of two people and a written test with really basic questions like "what is the internet" and "describe your favorite sandwich." One interviewer didn't know Perl and asked weird questions for it.

When I got hired, recruiting was outsourced so I had several phone interviews before the final interview with the VP of creative. Nowadays, it's all done in-house and it starts with HR, then the Creative Director, followed by interviews with other team members and leaders from different departments.
