Got the interview, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We talked about job responsibilities and timelines. They didn't really get into management style, which I kind of regret now; I think if I'd had more info and specific examples, I could've prepared better. But that's on me. They explained the worksite address and how the SOMA environment can be tough, which they said isn't for the faint of heart.

This was an exceptional interview process with two rounds. The first interview was in person, one-on-one with two managers who were knowledgeable about housing and community development. The second interview was a panel. The management team was truly wonderful and made it one of the best interview experiences I've had.

HR went silent after the final interview and didn't tie up loose ends, leaving us hanging. Very unprofessional and slow to act.
