First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Epique.
Event Manager
My interview process was typical - two interviewers in their twenties who didn't seem to have any background in events. They lacked a real understanding of the industry and event planning, and even knew little about tech for being a real estate tech agency.
- Is starting immediately an option for you?
- Could you offer some input on an event we have coming up in two weeks?
- Are you able to handle Social Media Management in addition to event planning?
Executive Assistant
It was pretty simple! They told me I'd hear back from the interviewer within a week after interviewing, win or lose. The screening interview was on camera.
- Could you share an instance where you experienced a conflict with an executive or CEO you supported?
Area Leader
We had two Zoom interviews and one phone call. It was a very relaxed and informative process. It was good to talk with everyone to see what was expected. The growth at epique is strong, so more leaders will be needed.
- Can you describe your experience in leadership and coaching?
