The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“It was a simple interview process. There was a technical assessment that I didn't end up doing because it didn't seem relevant to the role after hearing from current employees about its content. The recruiter I spoke with was very nice and we had a good conversation. However, Epic has a tendency to list jobs for the wrong locations, which is why I decided not to proceed with this position.”Candidate-reported process
“The interview process started with a phone interview and continued to an extended interview if you passed. There was also a long logic and skills assessment, plus a personality profile to fill out.”Candidate-reported process
“This interview process was quite unusual. Before even a phone interview, I had to complete two rounds of assessment tests. The first round focused on behavioral and thinking skills, while the second was more about math and reasoning. I initially expected a call with HR, but it turned out to be with a design lead, and I felt our discussion went well. However, I received an automatic rejection from HR a few weeks later and couldn't get a clear reason, which made the company seem very secretive. I had contact with about 3-4 HR representatives throughout the process. It was a bit strange that HR wouldn't share my interviewer's contact details and said they would pass along my thank-you note.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
