The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“It's the same process as any other role. You start with a phone screening, take the IQ/personality test, then a long session of back-to-back interviews. During the interviews, your presentation really matters because they are looking for engaging public speakers. The topic of the presentation doesn't matter, the focus is on your presentation skills and ability to captivate an audience.”Candidate-reported process
“The final interview was about 3 hours long and involved several Zoom sessions. They explained the role, you did a case study, gave a 10-minute presentation, and then had a one-on-one with HR. Overall, it was pretty straightforward. They responded within 2 days.”Candidate-reported process
“Had several interviews with different people, but the whole process felt really automated and impersonal. Everyone seemed rushed and fake, not like a typical interview at all.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
