The interview process

Described in candidates’ own words.

Started with an online application submitted via the company website. Then, there was a skills test which was online and proctored, covering both skills and personality. This was followed by a phone interview with someone in a similar role. The final stage was a full day onsite interview, with a dinner the evening before.Candidate-reported process
The interview process includes a phone interview, a skills assessment, and an on-site interview. They provide a lot of information on-site and give you a tour of Epic, which is awesome. The two types of interviews you have on-site are not super difficult.Candidate-reported process
First, you submit an online application. Then, there's a phone interview where they ask why you want to join Epic and your interest in programming. They'll also tell you about the job. Next, a skill assessment with lots of logic problems and an English test like the GRE. Part of this is learning a language and then answering questions about it.Candidate-reported process
